Co-BUZ is a company specialized in industrial combustion technology in the broadest sense. The field of play of our team covers the petrochemical and chemical installations in general and we have been working worldwide with a spearhead specializing in the Claus desulphurisation process (SRU).
Our target includes most aspects of SRU process burners, incinerator burners and burners applied for heating up the process furnaces. The starting point is to optimize the process, by using the most efficient fuel to combustion air ratio, and where possible minimizing the NOx and CO emissions. With this, the safety aspects always prevail.
Of course our entire team is in possession of the VCA-full certificate.

In order to achieve these goals, the factory is using, among other valuable assets, advanced burner systems. Co-BUZ is able to play a key role to bring and sustain the performance of these assets as close as possible to the optimum performance.
As you know these systems are complex and usually include more than just one burner. Our team has extensive experience in operations with various control systems, measurement technology, material knowledge, refractories and of course the burner with the emission controls.
Thanks to this unique combined knowledge Co-BUZ will quickly identify a source of interference, analyse a problem and offer a suitable solution to eventually resolve the issue. Additionally Co-BUZ is able to advise in a more efficient and reliable operation of the installation.
We can offer our practical "hands on" knowledge in tailored training sessions to show experienced as well as less experienced operators and maintenance staff to “see / feel / hear” what you need to check for and what you need to do to achieve and preserve an optimal and safe operation.\
Due to of this practical "field" knowledge we are fully equipped in advising for new construction and / or renovation projects as well as for the associated HAZOP studies.
During Turnarounds (TA) we unburden the customer by carrying out burner-related installation inspections.
The resulting work is coordinated by us and all our delegated tasks will be completed successful within the accepted time frame. All this, of course, in continuous consultation with the client.
Our team works according to a reliable protocol and has excellent contacts with various maintenance and OEM companies. This ensures that we can adopt rapidly and be able to provide repairs and replacement parts.
Naturally, the applicable inspection requirements are taken into account.
